The reason for the weird and annoying names is that way the core function of the product is not fixed but flexible.
A name can still be Googlable (not just a common noun) and still leave its function flexible, correct?
(This is of course leaving aside the question of whether or not we should even be designing applications to have flexibility in its function/scope).
